First H4-EAD, followed by 29 month OPT 

 

Both were done by Obama and may be reverted back.

 

We just don't know how the proposal will be. 

 

1) Will they leave existing EADs to work and renew but no H4-EAD for new applicants?

2) Will they not renew Existing H4-EADs?

3) Will they change the criteria to say EADs only for 10 years (or may be 5 years) of waiting after I-140 approval 

Whatever they do, they have to tell something about the GC wait times for India and China
