I-797B vachindi ante petition is approved but the COS/Extension of Stay is not approved (i-94  anduke raledu). You have to go to home country for stamping. Previously canada ki vellina vallu unnaru but ippudu 3rd country ki vellina they are directing you to go home country.  Btw was it consular processing after query? Enduku approve kaledu? Did you know reason from lawyer?

The option you have is go to India and get stamped.

F1 to H1 pakka mostly queries bro. Just checking if they have maintained status through out their stay. time padtundemo but clear avtunai. safe side stamping aina oka 15-20 business days tarvata return ticket petkunte best. nen recent ga vellina but naadi 2nd time, issue em avvale
