Eye -140 P0rting

Current desi mesthri plans to withdraw/revoke Eye -140 once I move out.

As it could take an0ther 2 years to file Eye -140. Sh0uld the Eye -140 be Active until its P0rted with new Company(F-T) ? Pls advise.

One important point would be that before eh-one is renewed, eye-140 should be appr0ved and ported as 6 yrs already c0mpleted.

Perm/Eye 140 kotthaga chesthe any issues ?

employer B nundi h1 extension apply chesetappudu employer A through approve iyyina 140 use cheyyochu. No problem for now

After eh 0ne trasnfer, and lets say if eye 14O with previous mesthri is Active or Not Active(rev0ked) and eye 14O is not yet approved/ported  with current empl0yer, can new empl0yer still renew eh one even after six yr term is c0mpleted ?

em withdraw ra ayya.. approve ayyi 6 months aithe withdraw undadhu .it can be used for h1  transfer to another company also porting
