The court’s order that mandates the administration to report its progress of rule-making was without a firm deadline. Under the court order, the Trump Administration filed reports on the following dates

    First Report – 02/28/2018
    Second report on 05/22/2018
    Third report on 08/20/2018
    And the next report is currently due on 11/19/2018

Should they fail to complete the rule-making process in November 2019, the next due date for the report moves to February 2019.
