First and foremost, AP needs to realize that the investment environment in a india is rather slow but assured growth market but the intention of present refine to catapult growth of decades in just one term is causing the damage. 

Lets create a natural environment for growth by creating policies and attract investments at a slower pace...like the way we have grown all through the history. 

Look at Bangalore today. 30 years back, it was a heaven and now, it’s nothing less than a trash can of pollution. The reason being century’s growth in a decade. Infrastructure failed to accommodate the growth and need more funding into infrastructure now...

AP and Amaravati can avoid such urban disasters by going the Indian way rather than the Singapore way.
