Last 8 months nunchi oka contract position lo chestuna..two months back management got changed. Kothaga vachina vallu 1 month ae extend iyyindi annadu..naku kotha project vachindi and current project lo inko 2 months extend iyyindi annadu..what to do?

you mean..current proj  got extended only for 2 more months?   but you got another project?  .... then go for the new proj man... y discussion?

new proj in same location ?

Relocation, amendments think cheyyi. Also based on the workload, u think it gets extended again in old project? 

Not sure or won't extend ante lite teesukoni ippude new pro join avvu. 2 months ante almost December and normal gaa last couple of months lo market konchem slow down avutundhi so appudu proj hunting difficult.

I was in same situation. Anticipating project will end i relaxed and didn't take up another offer i had in hand. Finally end ayindi project and looking now. Management change or acquisition ante project end ayye chances high. Better move to new project.  My two cents.

1) End client and duration of current and new project

2) H-1B amendments 

3) Re-location and family situation

4) Billing Difference 

5) Technology difference and which project will help your career growth

then think .. amendment h1 rfe phse velali anukunte mee manager ki cheppu naku vere opportunity vundhi as i like here wanted to check if there is a possibility for further extensions confirmed ga iyethe ne cheppa manu mgmt tho matladi ...  if no then jump if yes .. keep calm and work ..

New project is in Cali. Work ite full ga undi and need resource. Old managament ite they would know. E new management ki telso telido ani doubt. Vallu vachina 1 month ki they added India resource. 

And last year November ki ma office lo lay offs iyyayi.... Inko two weeks lo ma company convention undi..adi baga click ite lay off percentage taggochu...idi vendor ki ela convey cheyali. I would like to end my contract ani... New management vachindi kuda ma vendor dwaranae...can I have some hopes on them?

Matladu 1 month annaru so I got job in another location.. I would like to resign.

 No farak.. if you give assurance for next 7 months .. alochistha.

 1 month extension is bad for me .. I don't want to keep that headache anu..

This is my first layoff man. Either company policy ki i came out of project or i left the project. Koncham feeling bad but its management decision and team dissolved so okay.
