What is the basis for these so called “rituals”?

Historical claims...centuries-old traditions...much before the law was even born...

rituals based on beliefs..

temple may not be the place to enforce law.

Again, how can you be so sure of “centuries-old traditions” and “rituals based on beliefs”?

Again, history from a legal point of view is based on limited recorded facts which modern law relies on...

But what is the proof that such recorded history is projected in the right way?

last 75 years itself is biased and history is altered and taught to the next generation, How can the court rely on such doctored facts?

Too many laws...and too much of it gets complicated and conflicted, Sabarimalai is a good example of judgement on distorted facts.

supporting facts were not considered at all, there was enough material submitted to court, the judge appears to have disregarded

Judge Indu was the only sane voice saying that unless a practice is evil such as sati, rest should be left to religion itself

Bhaaratham motham vyasudiki telusu, don't know exact story behind it, but it is written by Lord vinayaka as Vyasa maharshi was narrating it, I don't know how Vyasa got the power to foresee or recollect the Mahabharata story.

More over most of the Gita verses are from Vedas.

PIL was filed by Naushad Khan, what the fcuk this guy has to do with Hinduism.. its self explanatory that NGO's will file cases and SC will interfere in Hindu religion, this is suppose to be Hindu Majority government and Minorities are under threat };_

Judges in SC are the biggest crooks that india will repent in future, god knows what law ministry and government are doing when SC is litellay running every show

loook at the judgements in the last month,  gay sex is not crime, Adultery is not crime,.. more to come

The observation came when Naushad Ahmed Khan, President of Indian Young Lawyers' Association (IYLA) which has filed the PIL on Sabarimala issue, sought urgent hearing of the matter saying he has received 500 threatening phone calls in recent times and asked to take back the PIL.... we are suppose to believe that he was doing this for love towards majority religion women leaving their own religion women under medieval religious Triple Talaaq

if there was indeed a case, it was suppose to be a PIL by Hindu women right??

Well, the majority of the Hindus don't voice out when such things happen..instead, keep on blabbering the feel-good phrases about their tolerance. Simply incompetent. There is an existential threat, and the people who are at threat don't even care. We never learnt from our history.
