Sweden - not really the kind of weather which will cheer you up in the winter. Norway - a little better but the high taxes are going to kill you. Also not so open to outsiders. 

Spain - best of the lot you have mentioned except that the unemployment is quite high now a days and is also facing a secession problem. 

Northern Ireland - would rather not even talk about it, but an awesome place to visit.

I have friends who are living in these places and they say awesome things. Going to travel next week let me see if my opinion change.
