If you have i140 copy. with you you can apply yourself. Person doesn’t have to be here.

No wait for her to come.....USCIS will accept process ur H4 EAD application until it is officially removed as they dont rely on ANTA NEWS like desis.

I think she should be here ... as they ask for i94 etc ... application porcess start chesi choodu .. you will know better

Question related to similar topic- when my h1 got transferred, my wife was in india, and attorney said I cannot apply for h4 extension. She is back now and I got my h1 approval. Can I apply for h4 ext now? She have validity until 2020 and my new h1 ext is until 2021. Trying to get that extra one yr for her if possible. Any advise is appreciated.

U can’t apply if the applicant is out of country. 

Do it once she is back and ask her to start looking for jobs for now.

350$ fees antunnadu attorney.. almost same as EAD fees.. nene cheseskunte money save avutundi ani thinking
