Its being called street smart , nenu career first lo nee lagane unde vadini , used to work as best in the team but always rated second best , key is having goodwill with not just your boss but with everyone in team , the sooner you learn the better you will be able to go ahead in career , nothing wrong with sharing a few jokes with boss and being friendly with him , you will need his support , just imagine , if there are two guys in your team , one who is a shut in and another who is friendly to you and there is only one slot you can retain , who will it be if both are performing at the same level?
