Just walk to any nearest in network hospital they will guide you, but it only covers when you are not ill!! Like you should walk healthy or else they consider as sick visit !! use this fast as year end is coming !!

I dont know how to use it will medical center waiting time untada 2 monts ala

check your insurance in network  family doctor near to your place... then call the doctor and tell them for general heath check and you are a new patient.. they will take care
