I-94 is not mandatory for LCA as H-1B can be applied for people who are not in USA. The only thing I am unsure is if there is a place where it asks but not mandatory Quote

My question is if I will have POE issues when I enter country doing LCA when not in states . Also I left states so I get i94 when I enter again . Quote
