But earlier they had premium processing option and get a response on their case status.

Can stay here legally but cannot work....no need to leave the county and I-94 Depending on status....approve ayi change of status kuda approve ayithe no fikar...

they can stay until decision on H1 arrives
But cannot work from oct 1st .
Again , its been there for a while now . It raised concern now only becaus U**S***C****I******S posted it to their website
