mee reason naa reason same loan ki and nenu multiple cards balance transfer kudaa chesaa. you can try lending club, Marcus, prosper, eloan etc..vallu 30k to 50k istamu antaru but they need lot of documentation. Discover vaadu istadu but citizen ke ista antadu.

OK its like luck !! You took 20k + 9% intrest ante  = yearly you need to pay 1800 + 5 years = 29000 is your invest. 

so 20k eroju land konavu !! now that lands double the price within 3 years then you are super lucky, if double after 5 years then you are still good !! 

Moral of story in my short span of life is keep having some "Bookas" in your pocket or else you keep spending money on crazy things stocks or

roulettes or pooris which none of them will return the money later..

Na stocks perigayi...1 year lo vadi land evado kabza chesthunadu ani 1 month leave petti valla vurlo vundi pedollu andaru vachi panchayti chesi vadi lands vadiki ipicharu. 

Na stocks ani 10..gayi.. no panchyati peda came to rescue me  ..Vadu land meda immediate ga appu chesi apartmenst katadu.. 

Na stocks lo 10gina paisal kosam nenu vomerica vacha....apartment meda paisalo kosam vadu australia velladu... 

now I am neutral..vadu valla apartments meda ani tirchesadu + 2 cr sampdnichadu + vadi apartmenst meda( 6 apartments in normal place) he

is getting rents around 80k..and plan to construct 2 more immediately !! So once his apartmens ( 2 more done ) he makes 1 lakh per month before taxes..Think his life how cool it wil be, think about a looser like me who lost in fortunes.....

Ok got ... neekante inka looser nenu yekada investment eami cheyaka kurchunnanu . atleast you didnt tried something kadha .. that experience will better fetch you something in future ...

Thats true!! but sometimes doing nothing is also good as you have free mind to invest !!
