gym lo 2 hrs cardio

10 mins 7mph mida running 3 + 3 +4 

30 mins incline walking at 12 and speed 4

5 miles elliptical or cross fit upper body manchi shapes vachai

dinner bundh 

every week once cheat day 

1 day ate a lot biryani and qdoba

1 day ate thai fried rice.

1 day chinese.
