Major one I can think of is HCL which will start building construction this month. 

Franklin Templeton is just a back office jobs. 

If you anyone considers this as achievement in 4 years , then yes, Huge achievements by lokesh and CBN.

HCL is an IT park, kind of Raheja IT park. 

Although HCL is contemplating on establishing few back office jobs here but it completely depends on the market how successful HCL would be.

There is no doubt that Hyd is the bright spot for IT. 

Availability of land and resources, cosmo and infra, scope of expansion, affordability especially commercial space, strategic location, stable governance and no more disturbances of state division, safety and security etc...

Enough scope to grow in services sector which has been and will be the driver of the cities economy.

Watch out for the defence sector. It was completely dominated by govt ran defence companies.

more and more defence companies are now setting up shops in Hyd. Aerospace component manufacturing could be biggest market driver in manufacturing sector, export based manufacturing with those 10’a of ancillary units. 

Its a slow growing industry but has been growing steadily...

Edo lokesam hadavidi kani, AP lo IT industry ki scope chala takkuva. Manufacturing industry is growing and its better govt to concentrate more on that for AP. Atleast konni vachayi and sarigga market cheste inka ekkuva vastai
