but tellola nundi chala bad feedback vellindi, ala ela slaves la mamalni trade chestaru without giving voluntarily retirement option. 30 years kukkalla work chesam ippudu severance mingestara maadi.. enti e difference adi edi ani bane start aindi fire.

have to see if the leadership team will review and come up with a solution.
