If they raise interest rates too much, then this may impact economic activity and more companies may file for Bankruptcy 

if the gas prices increase too much and govt reduce taxes on oil imports, it may lead to a hole in tax revenue 

they already increased prices on some  imports and they may add more taxes to some imports, which may mean, counteraction by other countries and add tariffs on Indian exports.
