Final Report :

NOTA is a serious political drama which is disappointing overall. A corrupt CM making his son as a temporary CM is the main theme of this film which doesn’t fit Vijay D’s image.

Keeping aside Vijay image aspect , even we go by just story and narration , yet this film lacks any notable gripping scenes.

First half is just passable , second half is more bland with tamil flavor. In general , political theme films play to the galleries at times ,but NOTA couldn’t do that as well. Some political sequences are relatable to Tamil Nadu. Good Songs , heroine thread etc. elements are missing which is obvious with total political theme film

All in all , NOTA could have been much better !
