its like a mini convention oven....   oil tho cooke chese kanna better e ...  but any form of cooking  over 350-400 degrees F is not that good...

browning of food kavali ante thappadu mari ... always steaming or boiling is better for health ..but taste bagundadhu

grilled is better than frying.. because most of the fat drops.....but regular ga ila baga cook chesina (charred or very lightly burned ) food  manchidhi kadhu ..specially at high heat meat lo toxins form ayyithayi
