His application for NOC in 2012 for already constructed buildings was denied. Why was it denied ba? Why couldn't our friendly baba convince HACA authorities that its not forest land?. He applied again in 2017, and is yet to receive it. given he invited Modi to the inauguration, and attracted so much attention, the locals are against giving it too. He won't get the NOC, and he will have to answer these questions wherever he goes. everybody won't ask it in such a sweet way that this girl did. 30 secs, 20 secs.. lol. the fraud's buildings will be demolished soon. lets hope.
