VD vs PK

Guys, there is no comparison between VD and PK.

We all know PK entry into films was only possible with MegaStar. He didnt have to fight for it. He was able to establish himself as actor with minimum acting skills. But no one including Mega Family expected that PK craze would overtake MegaStar. I like PK because, unlike other heroes including Chiru, Nagarjuna, BalaKrishna, Venkatesh, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas.............. PK did something unique. He knew that he got good following and he ventured into active politics not for the sake of coming. But with utmost determination and will power. He is not there for power but to change the power dynamics.

He would have simply enjoyed the stardom and money, but he already seen that. He got something which no other heores has got. that is humongous craze. So he is using that craze and creating a platform for future politics. This gives him more KICK and essense of living than doing Mass movies and doing hungama on screen. He already enjoyed those flavors. Now he wants it real Real Politics. Thats why he is no more concerned about movies. All his recent  movies are done half baked. Worst films. Last best was Gabbar Singh i guess.

 

COming to VD. He worked his ass off man. Things didnt work out for him and he was about to go for PlanB that is to write scripts, asst. Direction, side character etc.s But his TIME started with Pelli Chupulu. NOT ARJUN REDDY. Arjun Reddy gave him a place in Peoples heart. Which is much greater but most of his movies like Taxiwala, Geeta Govindam, NOTA and BHarat Kamma's Dear Comrade were signed before Arjun Reddy released. Producers already strated offering him movies pulling him out of suffering and establish as an actor. But after Arjun Reddy released things changed dynamically. He shot to top league of Actors. I still think he is THE BEST ACTOR in telugu film industry. Tell me if you think there are better heroes than Vijay Devarakonda from pure acting perspective. Not Mass dialogues and herogiri types. Pure acting. If you know someone tell me please. I will change my opinion.

But just look at his acting man. He is ultra professional actor. If we are really bothered with Family based, Family supported heroes then we need to encourage talents like Vijay D. He is the beginning of the END of Family based Stardom. I wish more and more worthy Actors come forward who got real acting skills on par wiyth Hollywood actors like Robert DeNiro, Alpachino, Etc. If you never allow or support people like VijayD then you will never watch such amazing acting performances on Telugu screen ever. 

 

So again, there is no comparison between VD and PK because it is like comparing apples and oranges.
