The present regime has been successful in establishing stability, security and a business friendly environment. Faster approvals, land allocations and other governmental permissions are now moving at-a faster pace. 

However, credit has to be given to all the people who were at healm during this phase. Starting from CBN,YSR,KKR and KCR. They have been very instrumental in making things successful.

past regimes lo effing morons unnaru...some basically dealt IT as real estate venture than growing organically ..for example Infosys was given 500 acres in pocharam..I still can't comprehend why does Infy needs 500 acres of land similarly all witch companies were given acres of land literally free of cost even after Hyd became established player next to Bangalore. Just like any real estate ventures  they laid nice roads with out proper drainage or storm water drains ( what they did was dump the drainage into durgam cheruvu which became a cesspool in 2 years time) or  long term plan for drinking water. Everything has been a after thought until now..I would give more credit to the investors in that region than any government for making it the place that it is today.
