phatposts Posted October 8, 2018 Report Posted October 8, 2018 If your purpose of contributing in 401k is to make your employer pay then stop till the max is reached. However, I contribute irrespective of employer matching. In the past employer contributed noting, but I contributed for tax bracket purposes. Now my employer matches 200% up to 3% of my contribution. No max limits. Its a great perk but maa vaadu 100% up to 6% anna kooda naaku equation same avtundi. Up to you. Quote

That too to an annual maximum of $2500. Is it worth investing in 401k in this case? Because most employers match 100%, but ila 50% matrame match cheste worth ah. Future lo withdraw cheste tax cut itey emanna miguludda? always worth , 2% overall enduku vadulukovatam free ga istunte , opt and forget , it will grow over a few years , manchi nest egg avutundi withdrawal with out penalty can not be done before you are 59 1/2 years , alternatives unatayi equated yearly withdrawals , withdrawing them when you leave us and have no income tax etc but 10% penalty aithe untundi appudu , even then you still would have got the 1.4% + Interest/growth on that money Quote
