Yeah, that's known thing. Even if they are asked to do, they don't have any tech know-how or infrasturure. Dassualt itself is going manufacture. First of all, why should they involve reliance in the first place. B'lore chuttu boledu Govt agencies unnayi just for nuts and bolts manufacturing or any other accessories. As per the reports reliance will be given nearly 3.9 billion USD worth of projects.

I am just talking about HAL capability. Initial MMRCA deal was with technoloy transfer. Without that, Govt said no to all the bidders.

it again comes to public enterprise vs privatization . it depends on which side you are. govt decided private root is better than giving to govt agency. they hav the right to take that decision. bsnl undaga jiyo airtel endhuku ani kuda question chesnava? air india undaga jet airways endhuku
