Russia's reliability ws shattered when they gave us a gift of admiral gorshkov and offered to upgrade it for 900 million ended up with inflated costs of 2.4 billion and few years late, we could have bought a brand new one for 4-5 billion that has a life of 40 yrs vs INS Vikramaditya for 20 yrs may be

russia should have learned it lessons, buyer should not confine itself to one supplier..that one supplier does take advantage of us
