it's mainly because of the topography and the air currents flow..usualy east coasts are more prone to bad hurricanes and cyclelones when compared to west coast in any country...

potable trees man..they are manufactured in nurseries and can be carried to any place and they will be installed easily..just like portable grass..

They are even installing huge trees now a days...here is the under construction pic..they install the tree and inject it with growth hormone which makes it grow to the max extent
