About 140-150K  people sent home in 1 year?  This looks alarming even if the percentage is just 27%. 

 

Also, not sure how many people actually got H-1Bs out of the 75-80K new applications for 2019 quota (picked cases)

not all rejections means everyone going home. many of them reapply , some change to different status like h4 ead etc.
