Dont waste  time taking to India etc., please take him to Pediatrician specialist(  so that he can assess on all development milestones) and he refer to some intense therapy.

there is  nothing wrong in sending kid to preschool.  most of the kids improve by observing other kids.

I strongly recommend sending the kid to India if you are planning. I have seen so many cases in my friends here.
There will be deftly improvement taking to India. I am not saying there won't be developments in the USA.
3months in India  === 1 year in USA.
1 Month Naughtiness in India === 6 months in USA.

Kid will learn proper telugu slang as well . No regrets if you send

I agree bro.but here there are therapies like speech, occcupational and ABA which are covered by my cousin's insurance. They are in a dilemma if they go to India they might miss these therapies .These are available in India also but we have to pay from pocket

Bro, if they have to visit India compulsory for any reason, then fine else continue here.. here they come home and give therapies and the therapist are very serious about their job. India ante its again a challenge finding the therapist and again child getting  used to him/her and about the standards , how much they charge..etc., this is my personnel opinion as I also having my son 4 who is having his ABA. based on my experience I am sharing.

No compelling reasons to go to India bro.kid will start elementary in 2 years.ABA dvara do you think kid will be ready by then with all skills needed or we have to continue the ABA even in elementary?I know it depends on case -to-case but what do you think? Also do you suggest full day ABA or half day for 5 days a week?
