I strongly recommend sending the kid to India if you are planning. I have seen so many cases in my friends here.
There will be deftly improvement taking to India. I am not saying there won't be developments in the USA.
3months in India  === 1 year in USA.
1 Month Naughtiness in India === 6 months in USA.

Kid will learn proper telugu slang as well . No regrets if you send

agreed kids 3-6yrs tend to learn a lot from surrounding, taking your nephew to india will definitely help imo, but once you are there please dont put pressure on telling her that we spent a lot of money and there is no use ani

i think its worth a try, make sure you have grand parents and relatives constantly visiting....make sure she plays a lot with other kids

Throw your iPhone and iPad away. Stop using smart devices in front of the kid. Don’t let the kid watch cartoons.

I agree bro.but here there are therapies like speech, occcupational and ABA which are covered by my cousin's insurance. They are in a dilemma if they go to India they might miss these therapies .These are available in India also but we have to pay from pocket

2 months is worth trying in India. more over once if kid is back , kid can continue the therapy if kid really needs it there after. more over India trip will be added advantage to the kid.
A vacation is also completed. it will be a change and a chance to explore the new things.

I would recommend sending 2 months to any local school in India  for less price.
India involvement is a generic and natural way to learn things.
Parents needs to spend time with kids like drawing together , coloring , watching the movies I mean both kids movie and other movies as well . taking to the movie theater. Now a days parents are lacking in spending quality time with kids. you have to give atleast an hour time with kids like singing kids songs, rhymes , recording videos with dialogues , dancing .

My nephew was like this at 3. Doctors here said he has autism. My sister(cousin) was very depressed and she wanted to commit suicide. He attended ABA and Speech therapy and went to preschool here till 6. Slowly speech improved and he came out of his shell. When he is 6 my brother-in-law transferred his job to Hyderabad and went back to Hyderabad. He is now 9 and is the topper in his class. Very intelligent, like a little scientist. There are still some short comings like he doesn't understand sarcasm and sometimes he keeps talking about his point repetitively but overall now he is like a different kid. No one in India now thinks he is different or anything is wrong with him.. My sister is like she got her life back.. They are a happy family now..
