Okay so there's no difference between being negligent when it comes to people's lives and spending a few minutes on an internet forum when you have no work at your work place. Then yeah great solid point.

By the same logic, there is no difference between restarting an incorrect server and operating on the wrong lung on a lung patient, both show negligence. 

Plus the issue here is about accountability, which is lacking in that video on part of the railways. DBing at work doesn't show lack of accountability, as long as you are able to deliver what you have to as part of your employment to your client/employer etc.
