Plus the issue here is about accountability, which is lacking in that video on part of the railways. DBing at work doesn't show lack of accountability, as long as you are able to deliver what you have to as part of your employment to your client/employer etc.

When it comes to the accountability, Railways di thappu ante you guys are pointing out at the last pearl in the string...dani kante mundu akada chala dadidralu ayinayi...there is no technical evaluation done to set up such hoardings...no proper plan is done to erect such things...strength and proper materials would not have been used..infact, daniki permission vundo ledo kuda telvadu...evado paisal dobbi permission ichi vuntadu....ila sava laksha vishayalu jariginaka, then comes the accountability of the railways.
