It is one thing to die in an unexpected accident - another to die  when people lose lives because someone did not do their job that they are paid to do.

That incident looks so awful and scary at the same time.That could have been my parents, brother, nephew, niece etc., absolutely shocking. 

And yes there's absolutely no question that India is a third world country - and a very lopsided one at that.
