I maintained high significant savings, my idea is short term , safe and low returns which could quickly be converted to cash. 

Himayathnagar la oka double bedroom flat, manchi kirayi kompa....oka car. That’s it when it comes to properties or assets. 

Family properties antho intho ichipoinaru maa musalollu, nenu life long sampaichi save chesi invest chesi double triple chesina, maa khandani asthi la oka quarter varaku kuda radu...anduke I quit making serious money and investments. Cash is king....so presently maintaining cash and waiting for the market to crash.

India,  US lo kalipi cash oka 1crore varaku maintain sesing....target is 2 crore...! And then semi-retire and wait for the markets to crash and then completely retire.
