regular checkup...physical activity...proper diet  chesthe better

The funds raised will be used to meet some immediate expenses i.e. related to funeral, family's travel to India, transportation of the body to his native India and funeral expenses there. They will also be used to support kids Education now and in future.  Since Subhash is the source of income for the family, some of the funds will also be allocated to meet family's monthly expenses.

eelanti news vinnappudu alla one week shake ayipotadi.. last time physicals vellinappudu DR said it is highly unlikely to get heart attacks in 30s n 40s unless there is preexisting condition annadu..
