2 weeks back Na job kuda 10 days notice to ayipoyindi . Market is not horrible last quarter lo kuda Jobs vastayi 2 yrs nunchi I am switching in nov or dec. 2-3 weeks marketing time ki bane interviews set avutayi . Don’t worry .
