acknowledge  and understand what anxiety is first, you need to develop a habit of observing yourselves when it occurs, that means meditation is the key here, mindful meditation allows your brain to observe, your  starting point should be use headspace or calm app, use it for their trial period and buy their subscription

idea is to observe before panic attack is going to occur and stop the reactive elements of brain as if there is some threat, this can happen by increasing your breath (prolonged breathing allows more oxygen into brain, thereby reducing the cortisol that is going to take over your brain), cut down caffeine, caffeine can aggravate the issue, get off this until your feel good back again, get off smoking if you are into this, smoking can never let you off this symptom for sure

second, change your diet to natural GMO free diet, coconut oil as edible oil and sue as much organic /non gmo stuff as possible, stay away from soy

if it is a physiological issue try to get checked by physician.

if it is a psychological issue - think deep, why you are disturbed by that news. 

@db pillakayalu, who are getting anxiety issues for small reasons: try to read book " the untethered soul" by Michael A. Singer. this book will provide answers why you are disturbed by very small issues and also help you find your self.
