you need to talk to leasing office how they charge you for installing the port and payment for using electricity.

if you are owning townhome there are several options to install .. office lo free charging ante you don't require much in your home .. i'm able to manage nissan leaf without any additional installations and no office charger too..

why don't you move to a community that has already this kind of facility just saying i am sure you could find some in bay area

what about mide west and east coast east coast lo I had seen offices with charging like in california (not so aggresive but they have 2 or 3 charging ports).
