social awareness rise chesi - then they can pass an order..

sensitive cases ki - paper work chusi - bunch of old monkeys deciding - ignoring tradition- creating unrest in d name of religion/ caste

yeah.. when SC has so many case with it pending.. how does it the matter of SC's jurisdiction to define the height of Dahi Handi

SC is coming next to your puja room to define how and when you should pray.. this doesn't apply to minorities.. they have special rights more than majority

rCheck Judge Indu Verma details on this case, she has clearly told if a religious practice is not causing social harm..it should be left to religion institution itself

where does SC stop, do they also preach how to do jagnas and poojas going forward.. the entire case is filed by non believers anyway.. aren't they doing this for destroying the sanctity of the temple.. they claim themselves as atheists and still want to go to this temple.. what logic and which country will allow this nonsense

correct. veelley kadha indian state ni set up chesaaru. if they are not happy, let them get together and change the constitution lol.

if they suppress others using the constitution, they should also be suppressed using the same. simple.

which country discriminates like this? I mean which civilized country. don't point to saudi, or some unknown tribal practises elsewhere.
