Company meda depends man .. some companies pay $300k TC for an sde2 also, some wont pay that much for director

if it FANG, u can ask for 300-500k TC.

apple 300k TC. Airbnb, uber lanti pre ipo companies base 200-250k + equity.

Company name cheppakapothey kastam buddy. Bay area has managers working for 150k TC to 1 Million TC
