H1B STAMPING QUESTION IN MEXICO

Hi Friends,

I am planning to go for visa stamping in Mexico this is my 3rd H1B. My current visa stamping expired on Oct1st 2018 so I applied for extension in June and got an approval for very shot period until December 31st 2018. I applied again in premium and got an approval from January 1st 2019 to December 31st 2021. My question is can I go for visa stamping in December with my current petetion which is valid until December 31st 2018 and My new approved petition is triggering from Jan1st 2019.

Can I go to visa stamping with current and new dated approved petition?.. Will I get a visa stamped until December 2021 so do I need to wait until new petition starts. I don't want to risk of going to visa stamping which I will get until December 31st 2018.

Please anyone clarify on my questions. Thank you!
