simple vayya early morning lemon with luke warm water , breakfast two idly and 4 egg whites

lunch chapathi with dal green tea

dinner poha with apple or guava

Keto of done correctly can help. 

 

Most people think Keto is high protein diet and eat more protein and less card, which can cause side effects that can lead to problems such as Kidney failure. 

 

if it is done right, you eat lots of vegetables and fat with moderate amount of protein. this approach however ensures you get all nutrients from vegetables.
