Out of pocket- $5500 individual, $10,000 family

Annual deductible- $350

Are these decent numbers ??

BCBS HSA plan-Paying 300$ for 3 people every month.Employer contributing 1500$ per year towards HSA per year

Deductible=3000$.  After deductible is met i have to pay 5% of the bill

Out of pocket max=6000$
