Got same rfe . Client didn’t support with advertisement or documentation  so new petition vesukunna and got approved . 

Facebook lo RFE discussions group undi join there . They will help with templates too and updating after approval . I followed when I got rfe it might help you .

these are the ways you can prove that job is speciality occupation

1. compare the educational qualification of team members, valla deggara affidavit teesuko that should contain your roles and responsibilities, oka sentence add cheyinchuko, I am a graduate and i am working at X as his H1b Candidates colleague, this job requires degree and i do have degree from XYZ university ani.. this will prove that job indeed requires bachelors.. most important issue is resolved here.. adukkovadam lo tappu ledu.. when the SHTF.. they will understand and help.. coworker affidavit ikakda dorukuknu.. courtesy some gentlemen in this forum only

2. nee job profile ki match ayye requirements job sites lo vetuku, highlight their degree requirements, check for the same zip code ot MSA,.. all all those in a pdf and send it to attorney.. ask attorney to add a write up explaining the all the jobs of similar profile needs bachelors ani.. here are some examples of job postings ani ....

3. expert opinion letter from silvergate/morningside etc

this will evaluate the job requirements and provide a clear writeup why those job requirements need bachelors ani

 

all the above takes a lot of efforts and patience, treat this as your thesis...dont depend anything on attorney.they are clueless in most cases
