Why do they care designation and roles  when they are US citizens ? Didn’t understand what you meant to ask . If you are asking if the kids born here are good at managerial skills yes some are . Andaru Americans Kuda cannot be good at leadership roles.

Was his application applied with SOC code 11-3021? if not, then that may be a different story 

 

If it is applied with this SOC code, there should not be a request to prove Speciality occupation as the job code tells:

 

Education & Training Code: 4-Work experience, plus a bachelor's or higher degree

H1 ki US Masters in relevant field is going to mandatory from now on......US universities will be flooded with Telugu students.......  WITCH companies might also give importance to US Masters return candidates....
