Friend got traffic ticket -due to expired insurance & vehicle tag NJ -advice kaval

One fine friday night in nj

Because there is no light on license plate cops caught my friend.Then they found out my license plate is expired because insurance was expired (GA registration). he took the insurance long back and it got cancelled.he didnt know this because he was moving places didnt check email or mail.

now they gave him three tickets one of license plate light and two for expired vehicle reg and expired insurance.

 

how can he defend now
