you have replaced battery with low cranking amps compared to previous one

550 Cranking Amps is typically lowest, this may not be enough for Remote starter.. go back and get a battery with higher cranking amps

it could also be possible they messed up wiring.. check your battery area for wires that are missing connection

Or security code need to be synced again. Some times needed when battery dies or dosconnected

It looks like you need to reprogram the module. Take it to the shop who installed it, they should do it for free.
