He is right..if his I94 is valid...check online if its valid...then he can apply h1 immediately..but ikada twist endhi ante...ipuudu Pp ledhu..its takes months for approval.. and meanwhile he can start working on recipt but adhi reject ayithe..ee gap illegal anukunta..

TCS vallu aite nee last day rojune we have sent the revocation letter to USCIS ani chepparanta.. so ippudu I94 valid unna it will be considered invalid from the day he resigned at TCS so kotta transfers will not get approved ani cheppadanta lawyer..
