Naku ayindi once in 2011/ 2012 when I was on OPT. They come and check paystubs and bank statements At client location . Actually cannot escape but if he is willing to risk . Ask him to tell them that he is working from employer location and ask him to come to consultancy . Anduke safe side contracting lo third party location ga employer location pettukovali so that worst case scenario lo you can defend when on bench . My previous employer used to do this and I now ask my current employer to do this .

edi risky if your friend don’t have 3rd party location of employer address on LCA though .

if he lost his job, why did HR forward the information to him? usually, they just respond saying this employee don't work for the company anymore.
