I slept with my friends bf but she deserved it I feel confused

So...let me give you a back story before you guys judge me. i’ve [24 F ] known my best friend [ 23 F] for 6 years. We went to the same college and had an inseparable bond. About a year ago she started dating her bf [24 M] and everything was going great until I introduced her to my father. Me and my father have never had a good relationship because he was emotionally abusive and we lost contact with each other.

The only reason I got into contact with him is because he got into a pretty bad car accident and I was his only available caregiver. I put my anger aside and went by his side. My best friend knew about our horrible relationship and how much it affected me. HERE is where things get fuckk wild...On the day my dad had to get signed out he needed someone to take him home and stay by his side while his nurse got there, i was unable to do so as i had an interview so i asked my best friend and she offered to go in my place. I thought that , that was the last of it until one (3 days ago) night we were hanging out and she let me use her phone to take selfies on it. I didn’t like how they came out so I went to her gallery to delete the pictures and I see a video and it looks like my dad is in it so naturally I click on the video and it’s a video of them fuckking. I was pissed

I was sick to my stomach and just left. I ignored all her phone calls and texts. Instead out of anger i called her bf and told him everything. He came over and he was devastated. we started drinking and in the heat of the moment, anger and wanting revenge I had sex with him.

I have yet to speak to her .. what should i do?

UPDATE : sorry i have to clarify the accident was a while ago my dad is in better shape and no longer needs assistance hasnt for a while.

I reposted already but I got locked..im desperate

TL;DR : Bestfriend sleeps with abusive dad so i slept with her bf out of anger
